How to replace your CPAP Machine
To replace your CPAP Machine, you need to contact your family doctor and have them send a referral to the sleep clinic. The Sleep clinic will then contact you to arrange an appointment with the Sleep Physician, which is typically via phone or video call. The majority of the time you will not have to do another overnight titration, and the simple appointment with with the sleep doctor will be all that is needed to replace your CPAP Machine.
Make sure you tell the Sleep Clinic and the Sleep Physician that you are working with "CPAP One-Stop" and ask them to send us your prescription. If by chance another company contacts you to try and replace your CPAP machine, simply give us a call at 905-246-9590 and we can call the Sleep Clinic to have the prescription forwarded to us without an issue as we work directly with all local sleep clinics!
